Without naming names, some "distilleries" buy in neutral spirit and blend it with botanicals to "make" gin...unbelievable, right? Not the fine folk at Chase! This is one of very few single estate distilleries in the country, meaning they make their delicious spirits from scratch. In the case of the GB Gin, potatoes are used to make the raw spirit which is then blended with 10 botanicals including juniper, ginger, cloves and coriander seed. This is delicious, hand-made, extra dry gin.
