Made with the lesser know Timorasso grape, Ezio Poggio’s Caespes is a real treat. Both fermentation and ageing happen in stainless steel with a touch of skin contact which enhances the textural element. The core of citrus fruit is underpinned by an alluring floral, spicy edge. Very tasty indeed.
