This is one of the most food-friendly wines on our list, which is unsurprising as the man behind this project is long-time El Bulli sommelier David Seixas.  This beauty from Ribeiro in Galicia is packed with citrus, peach and green apple characters with some delicate chamomile and pastry notes. Really delicious.
