Valdeorras might not be a name familiar to you but this region in the little nook above Portugal is home to some of Spain's best white wines. Rafa Palacios' Louro is largely Godello, fermented in huge oak foudres and is so precise and energetic. There is a lovely texture here which helps the incredibly long finish. This is well worth a try.
