The Sadie Family Wines

If ever there was a winemaker who defined a region it would be Eben Sadie, who has single-handedly transformed the reputation of the Swartland. After honing his skills at various cooperatives and estates, the Sadie Family project was born in 2000 with the princely sum of the equivalent of £8000. The original flagship wines, Columella and Palladius, were later joined by an array of single-vineyard wines which celebrate an array of unirrigated sites across the region. Singular.
