The 2015 Saint-Aubin Murgers des Dents de Chien 1er Cru from Ramonet offers butterscotch and popcorn on the nose. Premox? No, not here, more like a faster evolution. I like the orange blossom note that appears with time. The palate is where I'm underwhelmed, as I expected more mineralité and complexity. It's seductive in terms of creaminess but lacks bite. Tasted at the 05/15 Burgundy dinner in The Good Earth.
