From Burgundy’s most storied terroir, this Chambertin shows grandeur with restraint. Aromas of black cherry, wild berries and rose petals unfurl into layers of spice, earth and a subtle savoury edge. The palate is both powerful and refined, with velvet-lined tannins and a mineral spine that carries through to an endlessly lingering finish.
Sublime with côte de boeuf, roast duck with cherries, or venison in a red wine reduction. For a classic Burgundy match, pair with beef bourguignon or simply with a wedge of aged Comté.
