While Coche-Dury is rightly celebrated for its whites, the domaine’s reds are every bit as meticulous and compelling. This 2019 Bourgogne Pinot Noir showcases the warmth and generosity of the vintage, married to the precision and elegance that defines Coche’s style.

The nose is beautifully expressive — red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, laced with rose petals, spice and a hint of earth. On the palate, it’s vibrant and pure, with supple tannins, juicy fruit and a fine line of acidity that brings freshness and lift. There’s a subtle savoury edge and mineral drive that elevate it far above the level of “simple Bourgogne.”

A wonderfully refined red Burgundy, approachable now but with the structure and energy to age gracefully for several more years.
