The 2022 Meursault Les Charmes 1er Cru is very nuanced on the nose, well defined, with subtle minéralité and exquisitely integrated oak. The palate is medium-bodied with pointed acidity on the entry, one of the more saline Meursault Charmes, that segues into a peppery, spicy finish. It coheres nicely in the glass and should age well in bottle. Bottled under Diam 30 Origine. Tasted blind at the annual Burgfest tasting.
