Neal Martin 87-89
The 2022 Cote de Nuits Villages Vaucrain has a lucid ruby hue. Quite a "punchy" nose with forthright redcurrant and cranberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with juicy red fruit, rounded in texture with a smooth finish. I liked the 2021 last year I like this too, and it undoubtedly will cost you less than, say, a bottle of Leroy.
