The 2023 Arômes de Pavie is now sourced from a single plot on Pavie’s limestone plateau. It possesses notable depth and texture, much of that coming from the 50% Cabernet Franc in the blend. Dark red cherry, blood orange, plum, menthol, licorice and mocha are front and center.
