The full-bodied 2023 Châteauneuf-du-Pape La Combe des Fous is as sexy as Châteauneuf gets. Seductive rosewater, wild strawberry, red cherry, licorice and garrigue are all dialed up. White pepper adds another spicy dimension. Smooth and polished, the multifaceted 2023 ends with excellent freshness on the long and seductive finish. I can t wait to taste it from bottle.
