Wine Advocate 91
The Castello della Sala 2024 Chardonnay Bramìto della Sala shows hints of bergamot tea and chamomile. The wine is primary and fresh, with 40% of the fruit fermented in oak (with malolactic fermentation) and the rest in stainless steel. There is a citrusy note that adds verticality and brightness, and the wine has a hint of reduction that underlines the purity of its fruit. This pretty expression is full of tension and energy.
