From Chris Mullineux and Andrea Mullineux, this single terroir Chenin Blanc comes from granite based soils in the Swartland, a region central to the rise of modern South African wine. The Mullineuxs are known for championing old vines, minimal intervention and wines that express site with precision and restraint .Focused, mineral and beautifully composed, it pairs effortlessly with seafood, sushi or simple grilled fish.

Tasting Notes
Neal Martin 93
The 2024 Chenin Blanc Granite comes from the decomposed granite soils in the Eikelaan Vineyard and spends 11 months in 225-litre used French oak. This has plenty of energy and focus on the nose, touches of pressed yellow flowers infuse the white fruit, a hint of stem ginger in the background. The palate is very well balanced with a smooth and slightly viscous texture, a fine bead of acidity, immense purity of fruit with an elegant, almost understated finish. Superb.
