Vinous 90-92
The 2025 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has a crisp, steely nose with citrus peel, lime and a touch of crushed stone, with just a faint suggestion of camomile in the background. The palate is well balanced, with fine depth, articulating the roundness and subtle creaminess that you can obtain from this site. Fine precision, with just a dab of ginger towards the finish, this will be a seductive Vaillons from the off.
