Another cracker from our friends at Sanguis although this time, unusually for them, a Pinot Noir. Packed full of cassis and bramble fruit this is definitely a richer interpretation of Pinot and a refreshing example of a new world wine which isn't trying to mimic its old world ancestors. Delicious.
