Fermented entirely in stainless steel before being blended with 20% still Pinot Noir, this lovely rosé spent 4 years on its lees and a further year in bottle after disgorgement prior to release. The Pinot Noir component is so evident on the palate and the quality of the Jenkyn Place Vineyard in Hampshire is clear. Brilliant stuff.
