I'm pleased to see Cinsault returning from the wilderness and finding favour again. We probably have Eben Sadie's Pofadder to thank for that. This beauty is fermented in concrete tanks which really helps the aromatic and textural elements. Pure red fruits and fresh herbs dominate this complex and thought-provoking effort from Sadie.
