Perhaps most famous for their work in Chablis, Alice and Olivier de Moor but they make excellent whites soucred from other parts of France, too. This is an unusual (possibly unique?) blend of Clairette, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Gris, Pinot Blanc, Aligote and Riesling. Much of the fruit was donated by friends as they had such little fruit of their own. Despite the crazy blend, the zingy house style is very much evident.
