Damien Colin makes some of our favourite wines in the Cote d'Or. He has an enviable set of 1er and Grand Cru vineyards but I have a real soft spot for his entry-level Bourgogne Blanc. It delivers all you could want from a top white Burgundy - citrus and tropical fruit, crisp acidity and hints of spice.
