The 2020 Niersteiner Riesling from the Wittmann winery has an exciting scent that is reminiscent of currants, grapefruit, fresh herbs and mussels. The sharp minerality and the wonderful draw with very good extract ignite on the palate. A lot happens on the palate, the very long finish ends with a lot of pull and salty minerality. Stunning!
