Pale gold with fine persistent bubbles, the nose is complex and expressive with aromas of ripe apple, citrus peel, toasted brioche, roasted nuts and hints of honey and spice. The palate is rich and powerful yet taut and vibrant, offering layers of baked orchard fruit, candied lemon, chalky minerality and subtle smoky notes.
