Cotat is one of Sancerre’s legends, and Paul shows just why. Forget simple, grassy Sauvignon – this is deep, textured and full of personality. Citrus, green apple and quince are layered with white flowers, chalky minerality and a touch of honey. The palate is rich and mouthfilling, yet kept in check by racy acidity and a long, stony finish. A Sancerre with real weight, elegance and the ability to age beautifully.
