Alain Graillot is one of the truly great names in the world of wine and, thankfully, his straight Crozes Hermitage doesn't cost the earth. This is a study in the fresher, more aromatic side of syrah. You can drink it now, you can keep it for 5 years or more, you can sip it on its own or enjoy it with all manner of foods. This cannot come more highly recommended - but please leave some for me!
