2022 WM Brown Project, Haut Medoc
Now£45 / Bottle
80 Bottles Available
A compelling take on Haut-Médoc, this collaboration captures classic Left-Bank character through a new lens. Led by lifestyle curator Matt Hranek ( WM Brown) and sourced from an estate in the northern Médoc, the wine blends Cabernet-Sauvignon with supporting varieties and adopts a restrained winemaking approach, minimal new oak, careful extraction, and a strong sense of place.
On release it offers dark berry and cassis fruit with cedar and graphite undertones, firm but polished tannins and a clean, dry finish. The design is deliberate: an accessible Bordeaux built for the table rather than the cellar, yet with the integrity and narrative to warrant attention.
For those who appreciate provenance, craft and story as much as flavour, it stands out from the crowd.
A natural match for roast chicken, steak frites or sausages with sautéed bitter greens.
