Japanese winemaker Hiroyuki Kusuda has earned a reputation for producing some of the most precise and sought after wines in Martinborough. Working with tiny vineyard parcels and an uncompromising attention to detail, his wines are produced in very small quantities and are widely admired for their purity and balance. The 2023 Riesling is dry, focused and finely tuned, with bright citrus, delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of ginger. Pristine acidity and perfectly judged ripeness give the wine real energy and structure, with excellent potential to develop further with age.
