Peter Sisseck is contender for the title of Spain's greatest winemaker after he hit the scene like a bomb in the mid-90s with the launch of Pingus in the Ribera del Duero. Proud as he may be of this great wine, Psi is where his passion lies. Drawing fruit from parcels of old bush vine Tempranillo to make this beauty. Deep, complex and long, this is an absolute cracker.
