The Sadie Family Skerpioen is a rare white blend from Swartland, combining Chenin Blanc and Palomino on limestone-inflected soils. It comes from a remote, wind-exposed parcel near the West Coast, where vines are battered by sea breezes and sand. Natural fermentation in old wood, with ageing on lees, imbues the wine with saline energy, chalky minerality and delicate floral citrus notes. Serve with oysters, shellfish, citrus ceviche or light white meats.
