Shiraz co-fermented with 6% viognier, which was picked and frozen two weeks early. The shiraz component was fully destemmed. Matured in 20% new French barriques. Bright crimson purple. Aromatic with spiced blackberries and raspberry coulis and unmistakable apricot-infused, viognier scents. A hedonistic, balanced and delicious mouthful from the get-go.
